Assistance for Customers Impacted by the COVID-19 Virus Situation
At Paulson, we know that this is a challenging time for many, and an unprecedented one for us all, globally. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and we are committed to being responsive. As we adjust to this new and rapidly changing landscape, we’re working to develop ways to put both our team and customers first. Like many other companies, our team has been grappling with this new reality and focusing on how we can best show up and run our business during this time.
Here’s What We’re Doing:
We’re Open & Online
Paulson is OPEN, with team members standing by to assist you. With more and more people working from home or experiencing downtime at their plants, we strongly encourage you to make the best use of this time by building skills. Take advantage of Paulson’s online learning products that are available for self-paced learning 24/7. You can contact one of our knowledgeable training specialists to set up a trial or purchase full access to our complete online library, create your account with assistance here. From there, you can build on your skills, engage in interactive lessons, enter into friendly online technical challenges, and participate in skill building labs with our SkillBuilder or SimTech lab lessons. It’s easier and faster (in most cases) to gain actionable skills online.
Moving from Public Seminars to LIVE Streaming Webinars
Many have asked about our Paulson Plastic Academy seminars, our plan is to stay on schedule and deliver each upcoming seminar via live streaming webinars. Thanks to the amazing technologies out there we can provide access to our expert instructors while keeping everyone safe in their respective locations.
We’re here to help. Talk to us about financial assistance
We also understand that there may be instances where customers find themselves facing financial difficulties. Paulson is here to help and we encourage customers who may be impacted to reach out to discuss how we might be of assistance.
Should you find yourself in need of assistance, please contact us. (Please tell us briefly in the comments section of the form your specific need.)
As always, the health, safety and well-being of our customers, our associates and our communities is of paramount concern. We continue to monitor this quickly evolving situation and are here to assist our customers as needed.
When this is all over, you’ll be #skillsready!
